| Transcript | Dublin Castle 16 Aug 1847 Sir, In reply to your letter of the 15th Instant, I am directed by the Commissary General to acquaint you that instructions have been forwarded to Assistant Commissary General Lister at Belfast relative to the liquidation of your claim for freight on a consignment from America intended for gratuitous issue to the Irish Poor, and I am to request that you will communicate with the above officer, whom you will have to furnish with the necessary papers.
