Transcript | ON BOARD THE S. S. 'MINNESOTA' July 11th 1871 We the undersigned, Agents for a company of "Latter-day Saints", Emigrating to America for as in behalf of said company take great pleasure in expressing our satisfaction & thanks to the Officers of said for their kindness & attention to us which on the voyage across the Atlantic. Asside from being well satisfied with all the Officers & Stuarts, we take particular pleasure in mentioning the Doctor Mr C.J.H. Wray for his kind attention to the sick - The Ship Stuart Mr Robt. Patfield, for his many kindness, in furnishing the sick with such extra articles of food as they required when sick and which aided very much to their sppedy recovery. Also Mr, John Uttley head Stuart in the [?] and his assistant Peter Murphy, for their impartiality & faithfullness in Serving the emigrants. We are well satisfied with the treatment received of the hands of all these Gentlemen and take pleasure in thus expressing our thanks and good wishes.
