[William?] Hopple jn Esq Dear Sir You will favor me by taking charge of the five properties on Federal and 24th Sts purchased by me at the Sheriff's sale in May. You will get possession as soon as possible, Collect the rents and remit to me at 75 Lexington Avenue. Please to take as much interest in them as if they were your own.
