Transcript | To [?] L.avaddy [Limavady?] Mr Willm [William?] Hilton, to the care of Mr John Wallace Garvagh Derry, July the 22nd 1814 Sir Yours dated the 17th inst I did not receive before this morng [morning?], As I presume that your cough is very trifling, & your uneasiness slight, I suppose you may continue the directs [directions?] as they were written expectg [expecting?] the rheumm [rheumatism?] in your shoulds [shoulders?] to abate; & your appetite to improve gradually, After the period of the Mercury & Vol[?] Inct[?] of [?] the sweatg [sweating?] will grady [gradually?] abate, durg [during?] the use of the other meds [medicines?] If spittg [spitting?] by the mercury from cold, the mercury must be intermitted for a few days.
