Transcript | My dear Sir I avail myself of the oppy [opportunity?] of Miss C. Adams' return from a visit to this country, to send you the report just made by the Directors to the Stockholders of the Geo [Georgia?] Rail Road & B. Co. The Stock appearing in the name of the Exrs [Executors?] of Jno. Campbell is held as security for loans. I also add a publication of Dr. H. F. Campbell on Typhus Fever (who claims originality for his views) to show you that he has not been an inattentive reader of the books which you were at the trouble of procuring for him. - Truly Yours R. Campbell Augusta 10 May 1854 W. J. C. Allen Esq. Belfast. |
