Transcript | L'pool [Liverpool?] July 23rd 1857 Dear Brother I received yours today, I did make a mistake in the Crops for the [cows?], I am going to ship my crew to morrow [sic] I am going into the river on Monday and sail on Tuesday, the "Lady R [Russell?]" is not arrived yet I heard today that Capt. [Captain?] [A Flagherty?] has been drinking to [too?] much in Quebec, + [and?] that will not stand I expect a letter up to Tuesday you can answer this by return of post & [and?] I think it will reach me before sailing you will write to Melbourne adress [addressed?] to Capt.
