Transcript | To David Carlile & Hugh Hamilton, Newry 17 June 1756 Gentlemen: I am favoured with yours of the 23rd February by the Johnson, Captain D. Cunningham, who arrived here the 26th past & is now clear to sail for Liverpool. I return you thanks for your care for my Interest in Dispatching the Johnson. If she returns safe from this Voyage, she shall Sail the first for your place next Fall, & if there is A prospect of any thing from this answering with you, shall ship it on my own account or our joint account. From the 1st May last Thomas Greg of Belfast has been in Partnership with me. Our Firm is below. We beg leave to assure you your commands shall be esteemed & always Executed with A strict regard for your Interest. The season is very favourable, both for the Crops of Grain & Flaxseed.
