Transcript | To Capt. John Nealson, of the Prince of Wales 8 July 1756 Sir: In Company with Captain Waddell & Mr. Folliot, I have sent up a Sloop to wait your arrival at New London & then proceed to Philadelphia. You'l receive directions from them how much of their goods to Ship in her. I woud choose you would put in her what you can of our Cargoe, even if should be the Half of what we may have on board. If you have any Bulky goods of little value, dont ship them. Write Messrs. Scott & McMichael by the Sloop to take care of the goods. Ship A Chest of the Tea that I bought of Beach by this opportunity. WC |
