Transcript | To Joseph Chew, New London 8 July 1756 Sir: I wrote you Yesterday to which refer. Captain Waddell, Mr. Folliot, & me has resolved lo send up the bearer sloop under Mr. Dobbs care to take in goods out of the Prince of Wales on her arrival & proceed with tham to Philadelphia. In the mean Time, Mr. Dobbs will got into the Sound to Cruze for Captain Nealson or go to any other place with the Sloop to he arrives that you may see proper to direct. We are affraid that the quantify of goods in your place would be too large & cause informations. WC |
