Gentlemen:

This day the Court granted that both your actions should be left to
arbitration. The Gentlemen apointed are as good as we can wish for, Viz.
William Walion, John Watts, & Philip Livingston Esquires. You may depend
now no time shall be lossed to bring your affairs to conclusion & that
nothing in our power shall be left undone.
