Transcript | To Henry Lurting, London Derry 13 December 1756 Sir: We are favoured with yours of the 23rd September to our WC & are much obliged to Captain Falls for the pleasure of your acquaintance. We have not yet closed Sales of your Linnens, yet we have already shiped for your account in the ship Friendship, Captain James Falls, Thirty Three Hogsheads of Flaxseed which will stand you 28s/6 British per Hogshead. He will be clear to Sail about the 6th January. We shall send you Sales of your Linnens by him, & if the proceeds is more then we have now shiped, you may expect remittances by him. You may be assured of our best endeavors for your Interest in all your commands. Low priced Linnens answers best here. G&C P.S. We are of opinion Captain Falls wont Sail before 12th January.
