| Transcript | To David Karr & Co., London 23 January 1757 Gentlemen: The Ship William & George, Robert McCalmont Master, Sailed for Larn the 16th Instant. Her owners, Messrs. George Dunlope & Co. of Ballyllycastle, wrote us to advise you the value we shiped in her for their account in a Week after she Sailed in order that you might be enabled to make Insureance agreeable to the directions you have from them. We shiped for them to the value of £612.14.4 which is about £340 Sterling, & the Crew of the Ship shiped about the value of £100 Sterling for account of the owners & one Mr. McKedy.
