| Transcript | 8th month 3rd 1821 Deaf Brother Uncle Sam' Sinton desires me to tell thee to write to Abraham Bell when thou receives this Bill, in order to show Abraham that it has got safe to thy hands. This is a precaution least it might not get to thee safe, but into some other persons hands. I expect to get this sent in the John Dickinson to New York and Uncle Saml has given me a letter to forward for Abraham, informing him of having drawn on him and of the precaution above.
