It is not likely the mother can get over such a shock as the one she has met with in the death of three sons, all young men. ... Cousin Ann's cousin, James [B.] Sinton & wife, now residing in this city, buryed their last daughter about 5 weeks ago, in all 4. The three last were married and all left children ... Martha [nee Bettle] looks the woman of sorrow. Pheby Sinton that was .... has splintered her ankle .. .she had adopted her brother John's daughter Pheby ...
