Transcript | [46i6BayardAvenue Pittsburgh, Pa.] Undated [22? Dec] My dear Jim, Accept this little gift from me with all the best wishes Xmas can offer. If they are not the right size, Jim, you know I will have them exchanged any time. We were living in hopes of having snow for Xmas, but the weather is quite warm today. I think snow adds so much more delight to the young folks especially where 'Santa Claus' is concerned. We are having a busy time now arranging matters for the little children who look forward to that day as the principal one of the year, and often I look back when it was mine too, but now it seems that it has the opposite effect and makes me feel sad. Well, dear Jim, all the girls join me in wishing you a 'Merry Xmas1 and a bright prosperous New Year. And I send my best wishes to you and your friends. I now remain fondly Annie xxx |
