Drury Regr of deeds City and County of Saint John Be it remembered that on the Third day of May in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Eight personally came and appeared before Mr James McMaster and Robinson Esquire Mr James Galbraith Esquire one of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for the City & County of Saint John the within named James McMaster and Margaret his wife the Grantors herein and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be their voluntary act executed by them for the purposes therein mentioned and the said Margaret wife of the said James McMaster being by me Examined separately and apart from her said husband acknowledged that she executed the Same freely without any fear threat or compulsion of or fear from her said husband James Galbraith .
