[Touville?] U.S. Consul Belfast Ireland Dear Sir Soon after receiving your letter of 9th July advising me that Mr J. E. Peel was still practicing law in Armagh, I wrote Mr Peel and receiving no reply wrote again to neither of these letters have I received any reply I now wish to trespass again in your kindness by asking you to write Mr Peel and see if he ever received my letters and if he did why he has not answered them. Should he say he does not wish to undertake the work, will you please give me the name of a reputable attorney of Dungannon, County of Tyrone. With many thanks for your kindness in this matter.
