Transcript | JOSEPH H. DYER. HENRY A. WILLIAMS. CHARLES I. STOUFFER. DYER, WILLIAMS & STOUFFER, ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW, 514-518 SPAHR BUILDING, 50 EAST BROAD ST., COLUMBUS OHIO. TELEPHONE 242. Columbus, O. [Ohio?] Oct. 20th, 1900. Mr. Joshua E. Peel, Armagh, Ireland. Dear Sir: We take your name from the list of attorneys published by the U.S. Fidelity & Guaranty Co., of Baltimore, Md., U.S.A. We desire to know if it is possible for you to get the information for us, if the real estate records at your County seat disclose any property in the name of Terence Rafferty and Michael J. Rafferty, Both of these parties are now deceased, and some of their heirs are of the opinion that one or both of them, were the owners of perhaps two or three small farms in Armaugh [Armagh] County. We trust that you are in a position to investigate this matter for us, and let us hear from you by return mail. Yours very truly, Dyer Williams & Stouffer |
